Now Hiring: Program Operations Manager - Part Time

Dressed for School is looking for a mission‑driven, organized, people‑centered Program Operations Manager to help lead our seasonal clothing distribution programs for Porter County students. 

If you love meaningful work, supporting families, and working with volunteers, this role puts you at the heart of our impact. 

What You’ll Do:

• Build strong relationships with school staff, referral partners, and families. 
  
• Coordinate seasonal shopping days: private appointments, and school trips. 
  
• Support hardship and crisis referrals with compassion and efficiency. 
  
• Manage volunteer shopper scheduling, communication, and on‑site support. 
  
• Keep distribution running smoothly by tracking rosters, inventory needs, and program data.
• Represent Dressed for School in the community and help grow awareness of our mission.
